世界は天候や生き物の感情、時間の流れなど強大なパワーをもって刻刻と変化している。それらの動きに対して恐ろしさ、虚しさ、そして愛おしさを感じる。そんな自分を取り巻く世界の圧倒的な力とそれによって生まれる自身の感情を布や刺繍糸などの異素材を用いて表現しようと試みている。 瞳の大きい少女像は私自身の心情のイメージ像である。素材は、チュール素材と刺繍糸をよく使っている。麻布などもっと様々な素材に挑戦してみたい。作品の展望としては、世界観を軸に制作しているため、支持体にとらわれない作品制作がしていきたい。
The entire world is constantly transforming with sturdy energy, from climate, the emotions of creatures, to the flow of time. I feel awe, emptiness, and love towards the dynamics of the world. I always try to depict the tremendous energy of my surroundings and my emotions towards such energy with clothes or stitches, which are rarely used in oil paintings. The girls with large eyes portrayed in my paintings reflect my feelings. As a medium, I often use lace and embroidery threads. Besides, I would like to try various new materials, such as linen clothes. My objective as an artist is to become able to flexibly create works with various materials to express my viewpoint of the world.
