【受賞報告】第24回文化庁メディア芸術祭にて山本美希助教がマンガ部門優秀賞を受賞

芸術系の山本美希助教は、2020年に刊行したマンガ『かしこくて勇気ある子ども』（リイド社）が評価され、第24回文化庁メディア芸術祭マンガ部門において優秀賞を受賞しました。文化庁メディア芸術祭はアート、エンターテインメント、アニメーション、マンガの4部門において優れた作品を顕彰するメディア芸術の総合フェスティバルです。各部門からメディア芸術祭賞（文部科学大臣賞）として大賞１点、優秀賞４点、新人賞３点、ソーシャルインパクト賞１点が選ばれます。

Assistant Professor Miki Yamamoto’s ‘かしこくて勇気ある子ども(Kashikokute Yukiaru Kodomo)’ has received an Excellence Prize at the 24th Japan Media Arts Festival in the Manga category. The Japan Media Arts Festival, held by Japan’s Agency for Culture Affairs, gives awards for 4 categories annually: Art, Entertainment, Animation and Manga. For each category, one Grand Prize(Ministry of Education Award), four Excellence Prizes, three New Face Awards, and one Social Impact Prize are awarded.

【受賞報告】IVLAのバーチャル展覧会にて受賞

International Visual Literacy Association(国際ヴィジュアルリテラシー協会、IVLA)により開催された初のバーチャル展覧会おきまして、筑波大学芸術系助教McLeod先生が奨励賞、また、筑波大学大学院Qiangwei Xuさんが3位入賞しました。下記のバーチャル展覧会にて作品を鑑賞することができます。

Prof. McLeod and Graduate student Qiangwei Xu participated in the first juried virtual exhibition presented by the International Visual Literacy Association (IVLA). Qiangwei Xu won 3rd place for her photograph Smoker’s Prayer (2020). Prof. McLeod received an honorable mention for his photograph Tokyo 2020+0 (2020).
