自然が持つ形やリズム、人の身体の動きとの関係性に着目して制作しています。

造形の着想源として、故郷に伝わる「おわら風の盆」の踊りの所作を手がかりとし、その緩やかで連続的な動きを陶の形へと再構成しています。

土の持つ質感や量感を通じて、風土に培われた記憶や身体感覚が静かに伝わることを願っています。

This body of work examines the relationship between natural forms and rhythms and human bodily movement. The sculptural forms draw upon the gestures of Owara Kaze no Bon, a traditional dance transmitted in the artist’s hometown, translating its restrained and continuous motions into ceramic structures. Through the material qualities of clay—its texture and mass—the work seeks to articulate embodied memory and sensory experience shaped by local environment and cultural context.
