世界の人口の15％、日本の人口の9.2％が障害者である。身体的・社会的隔離が解消された社会の一員として、障害者が共に生きていくために、「農福連携」が社会参加の手段として考えられている。本研究では、農福連携の取り組みが先んじているオランダと日本のケアファームの主体、目的、運営形態・システム、地域・空間分析を比較し、オランダの先進事例の取り組みから、日本の「農福連携」推進に資する要素を抽出することを目的とする。

15% of the world’s population and 9.2% of Japan’s population are disabled. In order for people with disabilities to live together as members of society where physical and social segregation has been eliminated, “The combination of agriculture and care” is considered as a means of social participation. Care Farming, which is the origin of “The combination of agriculture and care”, is spreading in various forms in European countries. This study aims to compare the subjects, purposes, operational forms and systems, and regional-spatial analysis of care farms in the Netherlands and Japan, and to extract elements that will contribute to the promotion of “The combination of agriculture and care” in Japan from the efforts of advanced cases in the Netherlands.
