解説 Statement
本研究は日中比較研究を通して、東アジアにおける生業、特に農産物の加工・二次販売に関する文化や技術の発生や差異などを、文化的景観領域の研究の中で解明する。
Through comparative research between Japan and China, this study will elucidate the emergence and differences in culture and technology related to livelihoods, especially the processing and secondary marketing of agricultural products, in East Asia in the cultural landscape area of study.
