University of Tsukuba College of Art (Japanese) School of Art and Design, University of Tsukuba (English) The University of Tsukuba College of Arts is a specialized art education institution established within a national university. By taking advantage of the university environment where students can learn a variety of cutting-edge academic subjects and the ability to provide specialized education in 1 diverse art fields to a small group of 100 students per year, we have created a university with a wide range of insight and rich creativity. We are training art experts. The School of Art and Design is an undergraduate program in art and design at the University of Tsukuba. The School develops creative experts in art and design with broad perspectives by leveraging an ideal university environment that provides state-of-the-art multidisciplinary education and more personalized class sizes (up to 100 students per year of study) in 14 areas of specialization. |

Japan-Expert Program The Japan-Expert (bachelor's degree) program aims to develop international students who understand Japanese culture and society and have a Japanese mindset. The College of Arts has established a Japanese Art Course. The University of Tsukuba has established the Japan-Expert (bachelor degree) Program to train international students who possess a Japanese outlook to further Japan's culture and society and hope to find employment at relevant companies in Japan or their own countries. School of Art and Design offers the Art and Design Course for the program. |

Art Support Area Art Environment Support This is one of the areas established in the College of Arts and Sciences, and aims to foster ``social contributors through the arts'' who support the power of art to enrich human sensibilities and enrich society. Based on research in art education, you will specialize in the theory and methods of art support activities. As one of the study areas in the School of Art and Design, Art Environment Support aims to train professionals for social contribution through art. This program covers the theory and practice of supporting and promoting artistic activities based on pedagogy studies. |
