Open to arts students and faculty only.
2.Available period
In principle, it is available for five days from Monday to Friday. However, it cannot be used during the following periods.
・Summer holiday
・Graduate school entrance exam (including setup day)
- University-wide power outage
・Souhou Festival (staff will plan the school festival)
・Recommendation entrance exam (including construction day)
・Winter holiday
・University Entrance Examination (including setup day)
・Early Entrance Exam (including setup day)
・Later exams (including setup day)
・Other periods when students are not allowed to enter 6A, etc.
If the availability period is short due to these reasons, our staff will take this into consideration and reflect it in advance when applying online.
In addition, T+ staff may plan exhibitions several times a year, and during these periods users are also not allowed to exhibit their works.
3.Available Hours
Weekdays from 8:30 to 18:30. Items must be brought in the day before the first day of the exhibition.
Please complete preparation and cleanup within this time.
On the final day only, you can use the facility until 19:00 p.m., including removal, but please be sure to inform the security office on the morning of the day that you will be using the facility until 19:00 p.m.
The gallery is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, but if you submit a T+ Holiday Use Form, you can use the gallery to bring in items. This does not include days when entry to the campus is prohibited due to entrance exam procedures, campus-wide power outages, etc.
4.T+ Holiday Use Notification
If you submit a "T+ Holiday Use Notification", you may use the gallery on holidays to prepare for exhibitions.
Please note the following:
・The "T+ Holiday Use Form" is available from the Physical Education and Arts Support Office and the Student Support Office.
・Please be sure to submit the "T+ Holiday Use Notification" to the Student Support Office at least 5 days before the planned date of use.*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in the 5-day period.
・The required information to be filled in on the "T+ Holiday Use Notification" is the representative person in charge, affiliation, name, address, telephone number, date of use, number of users, and the affiliation, job title, and name of the teacher in charge of the class or supervisor.
・Please fill in all name fields with your own signature.
・Holiday use is generally limited to the day before the exhibition.
・If a Sunday falls on a no-entry day such as an entrance exam, we will contact you in advance by email to inform you of other available days. Please understand that depending on the dates of the no-entry days, it may be necessary to use the first day of the exhibition.
・Holiday hours are 9:00-17:00.
- Please do not use the facility for any purpose other than preparing for the exhibition.
5. Gallery Management
The care of the gallery during the exhibition period is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
On weekdays, the outer and inner doors will be automatically unlocked (8:30) and locked (18:30) by security guards at the appointed time.
If you need to lock or unlock the supply shelves and cleaning supplies storage area (T+storage), please go to the security office under Building 5C and ask for assistance.
Please take care to put away and take out signs, and turn on and off the air conditioning and lighting each time.
6. Beautifying the Gallery Space
The exhibitor is responsible for restoring the exhibit to its original condition.
Be sure to fill any holes in the walls with the provided putty and clean the room.
In the event of irreparable damage to the gallery space, we may charge you for the cost of repairs.
Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the gallery. Please also help keep the gallery and surrounding areas clean. Litter, empty cans, unnecessary panels, etc. lying around will affect the exhibits.
If you have posted any announcement posters on campus, please remove them all.
The use of firearms, smoke devices, and other dangerous exhibits are prohibited.
If staff deems it dangerous or impossible to restore the facility to its original state, permission to use the facility may be revoked.
If you have any concerns, please consult with staff in advance.
8. Troubles
Buying and selling is prohibited within the gallery during the exhibition period.
Staff will not be involved in any financial disputes that occur inside or outside the gallery.
Staff will not be held responsible for any damage to artworks, including theft, collapse, or scratches.
9. Submission of posters and web images
Exhibitors are required to submit images for the web.
Please send one or more pieces of data measuring 700 x 700 pixels (jpg, gif recommended) to t.tasu.webstaff@gmail.com.
This will be posted on the exhibition information poster and on the online exhibition page.
Only one image can be used for each product. If there are multiple images, they will only be posted on the web.
The deadline for submitting images will be specified in the winning confirmation email.
10. Cancellation of Use
If you need to cancel your use of the gallery after it has been confirmed, please contact us by email at t.tasu.webstaff@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Gallery rights cannot be transferred between individuals.
If we are recruiting additional people for that week, we will post the information on the website and accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. Reporting the number of visitors
During the exhibition, please set up the counter with a gray explanatory card in the venue. After removing the items, please notify us of the completion of removal and the number of visitors to the counter by sending a message to t.tasu.webstaff@gmail.com.
12. About T+review and exhibition photos
T+ is running a project called T+review. Over a certain period of time, our review staff will write reviews, including criticism. Please note that these reviews may be published on T+web or T+paper.
During the exhibition, staff will be taking photos of the exhibition. The photos will be published in promotional materials such as T+web and T+paper. If you do not agree to this, please contact us by email.
