Display Method

1) Hanging
If you want to hang it on the wall, you can hang it from a rail with a hook (or wire). If you want to hang it from the ceiling, you can hang it from a light rail if it is light, or from a hook on the ceiling if it is heavy.

2) Place/arrange
Please bring your own desk, chair, seat, etc.

3) Project
Projectors can be borrowed from the Arts and Physical Education Office. Please make the necessary arrangements yourself.
Please be mindful of your PC usage.
We also rent out stand screens at T+.

4) Notes
・The use of fire (be careful of high heat when using electrical outlets), exhibits that cannot be repaired in the gallery, and content that violates common sense are not permitted.
・Writing directly on walls, floors or glass surfaces with a pen, the use of tape, or the use of nails or thumb tacks is permitted only to the extent that the damage can be repaired.
- Using cutters or spray glue directly on the floor is prohibited.
・Please bring your own audio equipment. Please refrain from playing loud music.

About equipment

You are free to use any equipment necessary for your exhibition that is on the equipment shelves.
The equipment shelves are located next to the toilets in the entrance of Building 6A. Exhibitors must go to the security office to ask for locking and unlocking the shelves themselves each time they use them.
There are files on the shelves that contain details of the equipment. If there is any equipment that is missing, cannot be found, or has become insufficient during the exhibition, please let us know by email.

1) Posters and billboards
Please place it outdoors only when the museum is open, and be sure to store it indoors at night (to prevent rust).

2) Setting up counters within the venue
The purpose of this is to understand the trend in visitor numbers, record it in the annual report, and reflect it in gallery management. Please be sure to set up the counter with an explanation card. Please report the completion of removal and the number of visitors at the counter to t.tasu.webstaff@gmail.com.

3) Energy conservation
In order to help conserve electricity, we have decided to limit the lighting during exhibitions to a maximum of eight lights and to set air conditioning to 30 degrees in summer.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Also, during the exhibition period, we ask that everyone please turn on the lights and air conditioning in the gallery.

4) Other
・There is a cardboard box with a blackout curtain and a large light on top next to the equipment shelf. Both are T+ equipment, so please use them if you need them for your exhibition at T+.
・If the halogen light burns out, please replace it with a spare one from the equipment shelf. Also, please inform a staff member that the light has burned out.
Each outlet has a maximum capacity of 1A.
