The day before a seminar called "Art Muscle Training," I dreamt of a huge cow. A cow that was a mass of muscle.

The ox, led by the monk, walked hesitantly on its own flesh and disappeared into the mountain mist.
I don't know what tomorrow holds for the cows in the mist, nor for myself.
