September Gallery User Lottery Results and Additional Applications (Closed)

We are pleased to announce that the gallery users for December 2017 have been decided.

・A week [September 9th (Mon) to September 4th (Fri)] Kubo Mimori "Kaze"

・B Week [Thursday, September 9th to Friday, September 14th] Takumi Kuwahara "Addition"

Week C [Tuesday, September 9th to Friday, September 19nd] Shurin Taguchi "TASUTEKETEN"

・Week D [Monday, September 9th to Friday, September 25th] Rikka Komada “omit”

As all weekly users have been decided, we will no longer be accepting applications. Thank you for your applications.
In addition, we will be accepting additional applications for the week in which we had no applications. *Please note that these applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use from the following, from your first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week A [Monday, August 9st to Friday, September 4th]
・Week B [Monday, September 9th to Friday, September 11th]
・Week C [January 9th (Tuesday) to January 19st (Friday)]
・Week D [September 9th (Monday) to September 25th (Friday)]
*Unless there are special circumstances, use is prohibited on Saturdays and removal must be made on the last day of the month.
*Please note that the dates on which the gallery cannot be used may be changed as soon as they become clear.

2) Applicant's name, affiliation, year, contact information (address, phone number *something that can be used to contact you immediately, such as a mobile phone number)

3) Names, affiliations, and grades of exhibitors other than the applicant

4) Exhibition name

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us about what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
