Recruiting gallery users for October

Starting today, we are accepting applications for gallery users for September.
The deadline for applications is November 10th at 25:18 noon.
If there are multiple people applying for use in the same week, staff will decide who can use the service through a strict lottery.
If there is a week with no applications, we will re-open the homepage to solicit users.

After agreeing to the terms of use, please fill out the required information below and send it to [t.tasu.webstaff@gmail.com].
*We also accept inquiries at the same email address.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use from the following, from your first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week A [January 12th (Thursday) - January 1th (Friday)]
・Week B [Monday, September 12th to Friday, September 5th]
・Week C [Monday, September 12th to Friday, September 12th]
・Week D [December 12th (Monday) - December 19nd (Thursday)]
・Week E [Monday, December 12th to Wednesday, December 26th]

*The gallery will be unavailable from December 12th (Thurs) to 29th (Fri).
*Unless there are special circumstances, use is prohibited on Saturdays and removal must be made on the last day of the month.
*Please note that the dates may change as soon as it becomes clear that the gallery cannot be used due to other reasons within the university.

2) Applicant's name, affiliation, year, contact information (address, phone number *something that can be used to contact you immediately, such as a mobile phone number)

3) Names, affiliations, and grades of exhibitors other than the applicant

4) Exhibition name

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us about what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
