T+review

There was an atelier there.
This is not surprising. As the title of the exhibition suggests, T+ Gallery is simply a studio for the exhibitors. That's it. However, to be honest, I was a little confused by the appearance of the gallery through the glass, which should be familiar to me.
What kind of connection do these people have who shared the same atelier for these five days and performed the same act of "making something"? The atelier, which is by no means spacious, is packed with people and their creations. Some are sewing, some are drawing, some are illustrating. The only word that connects them is "production," which barely holds this mysterious space together. This room, which appears to have no sense of unity, rejects visitors who have come to the gallery with the original purpose of "viewing an exhibition."
In this strange unity born from the common act of "creating," we, unable to blend into that unity, fall into a strange feeling that we can no longer stay here. Yes, as the title suggests, in these five days, this sky has truly become their atelier. (Ota Natsuki)
