Revision of the User Guide

In order to streamline information regarding gallery use, as of June 2013, we have rewritten some of the information in the Art Gallery T+ User Guide (including terms of use, usage procedures, and facilities).
There are no major changes to the terms and conditions, but important changes are marked in red, so please be sure to check them when using the service.
In addition, the "Usage Precautions" section has been changed to "Usage Methods and Facilities."

We have also created a PDF file outlining the general steps for using T+, so please take a look at it if you are interested.
