As a result of recruiting gallery users for April, we have three weeks of vacancies, so we are now accepting applications again for additional users.
Also, please note that this is on a first come first served basis.

Requirements

*Please send your email with the subject "(Applicant name) April exhibit request [additional recruitment]"
(Please state the applicant's name in brackets).

1) Select the week you would like to use the service from the following list, from your first choice to your second choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B

2) Applicant's name, affiliation, year, contact information (address, phone number *something that can be used to contact you immediately, such as a mobile phone number)

3) Names, affiliations, and grades of exhibitors other than the applicant

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us about what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
