Notice of June gallery user recruitment

Starting today, we are accepting applications for gallery users for September.
The deadline for applications is November 1th at 12:18 noon.
If there are multiple people applying for use in the same week, staff will decide who can use the service through a strict lottery.
If there is a week with no applications, we will re-open the homepage to solicit users.

After agreeing to the terms of use, please fill out the required information below and send it to [t.tasu.webstaff@gmail.com].
*We also accept inquiries at the same email address.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use from the following, from your first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week A [October 3st (Monday) to October 5th (Thursday)]
・Week B [October 3th (Tuesday) to October 13th (Friday)]
・Week C [December 3th (Monday) - December 19nd (Thursday)]
・Week D [September 3th (Monday) to September 26th (Friday)]
*The gallery will be closed from Friday, March 3th to Monday, March 9th, so delivery for week B will be on Tuesday, March 3th.

2) Applicant's name, affiliation, year, contact information (address, phone number *something that can be used to contact you immediately, such as a mobile phone number)

3) Names, affiliations, and grades of exhibitors other than the applicant

4) Exhibition name

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us about what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
