Apology for the January User Lottery [Important]

During the lottery for gallery users in January, an incident occurred in which two applications were not included as candidates.
Regarding this lottery, we have received consent from both parties and are therefore planning not to hold a re-lottery.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to some of you, and we would like to apologize again for the delay in contacting you about this matter.
We will review our user recruitment system and take the utmost care to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
