  -Earth Art Festival/Water and Soil Art Festival-

  During the summer vacation, T+ staff covered the Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale 2009 and the Niigata Water and Soil Art Festival 2009! The festival was packed with works by people connected to the University of Tsukuba. Here is a report from T+ staff who participated as volunteers and workshop staff.
