Recruiting gallery users for October

We are looking for gallery users for January 2026.
The deadline for applications is November 12th at 25:17 noon.
If there are multiple people applying for use in the same week, staff will decide who can use the service through a strict lottery.
If there is a week with no applications, we will re-open the homepage to solicit users.

- Please strictly adhere to the available times for the relevant week, including loading and unloading.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Moon Exhibition Request" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use the service from the following list in order of first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week A [Monday, January 2th to Friday, January 2th]
・Week B [Monday, February 9th to Tuesday, February 10th, Thursday, February 12th to Friday, February 13th]
・Week C [December 2th (Monday) ~ December 16th (Friday)]
・Week D [Monday, February 24th to Friday, February 27th]

*Wednesday, February 11th: Closed due to public holiday
February 23rd (Monday): Closed due to public holiday

Unless there are special circumstances, Saturdays are generally prohibited for use and removal is the last day.
*Please note that the dates may change as soon as it becomes clear that the gallery cannot be used due to other reasons within the university.

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)

30) Do you wish to attend a gallery talk? (We will hold a XNUMX-minute gallery talk with T+ staff. If you wish to attend, we will send you an email with details after you have been selected.)

7) Would you like feedback from gallery staff (after the exhibition period ends)?
