Recruiting gallery users for October

We are looking for gallery users for January 2025.
The deadline for applications is November 9th at 25:12 noon.
If there are multiple people applying for use in the same week, staff will decide who can use the service through a strict lottery.
If there is a week with no applications, we will re-open the homepage to solicit users.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use the service from the following list in order of first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week A [Monday, January 9th to Friday, January 1th]
・Week B [December 9th (Monday) to December 8th (Friday)]
・Week C [Tuesday, January 9st to Friday, January 16th]
・Week D [September 9nd (Monday), September 22th (Wednesday) - September 9th (Friday)]

* September 9th (Monday) and September 15rd (Tuesday): Closed due to public holidays.

Unless there are special circumstances, Saturdays are generally prohibited for use and removal is the last day.
*Please note that the dates may change as soon as it becomes clear that the gallery cannot be used due to other reasons within the university.

30) Do you wish to attend a gallery talk? (We will hold a XNUMX-minute gallery talk with T+ staff. If you wish to attend, we will send you an email with details after you have been selected.)

7) Would you like feedback from gallery staff (after the exhibition period ends)?
