Recruiting gallery users for October

We are looking for gallery users for January 2022.
The deadline for applications is November 11th at 25:12 noon.
If there are multiple people applying for use in the same week, staff will decide who can use the service through a strict lottery.
If there is a week with no applications, we will re-open the homepage to solicit users.

January 1th (Thursday) - January 6st (Monday) 1:31 - 9:00

[Special conditions]
・This is limited to exhibitions that can be viewed outside through glass, without visitors having to enter the gallery.
・In principle, loading and unloading should be done by one person.
- Please strictly adhere to the available times for the relevant week, including loading and unloading.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use from the following, from your first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week A [January 1th (Thursday) - January 6th (Friday)]
・Week B [Tuesday, January 1th to Thursday, January 11th] *Monday, January 1th is a national holiday
・Week C [January 1th (Tuesday) to January 18st (Friday)]
・Week D [December 1th (Monday) - December 24th (Friday)]
・Week E [Monday, January 1st to Friday, February 31th]

3rd (Mon) to 5th (Wed): Winter holidays
14th (Fri) to 17th (Mon): Temporary suspension due to the University Entrance Examination
Therefore, it will be unavailable.

Unless there are special circumstances, Saturdays are generally prohibited for use and removal is the last day.
*Please note that the dates may change as soon as it becomes clear that the gallery cannot be used due to other reasons within the university.

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
