January Gallery User Lottery Results and Additional Applications

We are pleased to announce that the gallery users for December 2021 have been decided.

・Week A [December 12st (Wed) - December 1rd (Fri)] Yuki Takemura "Air Exhibition"
Week B [Monday, December 12th to Friday, December 6th] Ryosuke Owaki, Takatomo Jo, Yuka Minegishi, Shiori Inoue and others "Starting with plants"
・Week C, D [December 12th (Monday) - December 13th (Friday)] Yamashita Shoka, Sawada Ryo “To be determined”

As there were no applications for the week, we are now accepting applications for additional use. *Please note that applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use the service from the following list, from your first choice to your second choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week E

-Week A [Wednesday, December 12st to Friday, December 1rd]
・Week E [December 12th (Monday) - December 27th (Tuesday)]

29th (Wed) to 31st (Fri): Winter holidays
Therefore, it will be unavailable.

*Unless there are special circumstances, use is prohibited on Saturdays and removal must be made on the last day of the month.
*Please note that the dates on which the gallery cannot be used may be changed as soon as they become clear.

2) Applicant's name, affiliation, year, contact information (address, phone number *something that can be used to contact you immediately, such as a mobile phone number)

3) Names, affiliations, and grades of exhibitors other than the applicant

4) Exhibition name

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us about what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
