Regarding the conditional reopening of the gallery and the recruitment of gallery users for September

The gallery has been closed due to the impact of COVID-19, but it will now be able to reopen under certain conditions.
We are looking for gallery users for September based on the following conditions.

August 8st - September 31th 9:30 - 9:00

[Special conditions]
・This is limited to exhibitions that can be viewed outside through glass, without visitors having to enter the gallery.
・In principle, loading and unloading should be done by one person.
・Please strictly adhere to the available hours for the week, including loading and unloading. (Only the last week will be from September 9rd to September 23th, as there is a national holiday. The available hours will be the same.)

The deadline for applications is November 8th at 21:12 noon.
If there are multiple people applying for use in the same week, staff will decide who can use the service through a strict lottery.
If there is a week with no applications, we will re-open the homepage to solicit users.

*As this reopening is happening under special circumstances, we are also accepting inquiries at the same email address.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use from the following, from your first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week A [Monday, August 8st to Friday, September 31th]
・Week B [Monday, September 9th to Friday, September 7th]
・Week C [Monday, September 9th to Friday, September 14th]
・D week [Wednesday, September 9rd to Wednesday, September 23th] *Please consult with us as lighting management and changes cannot be made on the 9th (Saturday) and 30th (Sunday).

*Please note that the dates may change as soon as it becomes clear that the gallery cannot be used due to other reasons within the university.

2) Applicant's name, affiliation, year, contact information (address, phone number *something that can be used to contact you immediately, such as a mobile phone number)

3) Names, affiliations, and grades of exhibitors other than the applicant

4) Exhibition name

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
