September Gallery User Lottery Results and Additional Applications

We are pleased to announce that the gallery users for December 2019 have been decided.

Week A [Monday, September 9nd to Friday, September 2th] Monii (Shimada Chisato) "Burial Exhibition - I can't do something irresponsible like dying now"
・E week [September 9th (Monday) - October 30th (Friday)] Takuya Komatsu “LILY”　

As there were no applications for the week, we are now accepting applications for additional use. *Please note that applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use from the following, from your first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week B [Monday, September 9th to Friday, September 9th]
・Week C [January 9th (Tuesday) to January 17st (Friday)]
・Week D [March 9rd (Tuesday) - March 24th (Friday)]

*Unless there are special circumstances, use is prohibited on Saturdays and removal must be made on the last day of the month.
*Please note that the dates on which the gallery cannot be used may be changed as soon as they become clear.

2) Applicant's name, affiliation, year, contact information (address, phone number *something that can be used to contact you immediately, such as a mobile phone number)

3) Names, affiliations, and grades of exhibitors other than the applicant

4) Exhibition name

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us about what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
