"Shocking! Performance Sound Match" Titas Kikaku, October 2008, 10

The second day's event at T+ Arena is "Shocking! Performance Sound Match"!!
In this competition, which involves competing for impact using physical gestures and the sounds that result from them, alumni Saito Naotake, known as Habanero-kun, and Shiro Toshihiko, known as Gum Gazal Joe, face off against each other.

Date: October 2008, 10
Venue: In front of Tsukuba University Art Gallery T+
(University of Tsukuba, School of Art and Design, Building A, 2nd floor, Room 6A212)
Organizer: University of Tsukuba Art Gallery T+

Opponent

Naotake Saito (Graduate of Visual Communication Design majoring in Design)
Toshihiko Shiro (Graduate of the Department of Construction and Comprehensive Art and Design)

When Habanero-kun, clad from head to toe in hard black jackets and pants, and Joe-san, with his face painted white and covered in duct tape, stepped into the ring, a huge crowd gathered in front of the gallery! The performances of the two of them ranged from those that got the audience involved to those that made us nervous just watching, and we couldn't help but be impressed by the depth of their imagination and expressiveness.
