January Gallery User Lottery Results and Additional Applications

We are pleased to announce that the gallery users for December 2018 have been decided.

Week A [October 10 (Mon) to October 1 (Fri)] Ayaka Anzai and others "Somewhere Far Away"

・Week B [October 10th (Tuesday) to October 9th (Friday)] Keiki Tsuchimochi and others “Flower Exhibition”

・Week C [October 10th (Monday) to October 15th (Tuesday)] Undecided "Undecided"

As there were no applications for week C, we will be accepting additional applications. *Please note that these applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements

*Please send your application with the subject "(Applicant's name) Request for exhibition in January" (please state the applicant's name in parentheses).

1) Select the week you would like to use from the following, from your first to third choice. Example: First choice: Week A, second choice: Week B, third choice: Week C

・Week C [October 10th (Monday) to October 15th (Tuesday)]
If you are interested, please make sure you can remove your items by Tuesday, October 10th.

*Unless there are special circumstances, use is prohibited on Saturdays and removal must be made on the last day of the month.
*Please note that the dates on which the gallery cannot be used may be changed as soon as they become clear.

2) Applicant's name, affiliation, year, contact information (address, phone number *something that can be used to contact you immediately, such as a mobile phone number)

3) Names, affiliations, and grades of exhibitors other than the applicant

4) Exhibition name

5) Exhibition overview (This will be used for online announcements. Please tell us about what will be exhibited and any related events or classes.)
