A small inkstone dripping into the pond. A lot of paper mulberry seeds.
When poetry is recited, the mountains echo in response. When the bamboo thunders,
Tsuruita: Seeking Confucianism, Fukaya: What is the meaning?
This is a five-character regulated poem written by the Tang Dynasty poet-monk Jiao Ran, titled "Sending off Pei Xiucai, who goes to Mount Kuaiji to read books." The author writes about his friend's thoughts as he goes to Mount Kuaiji to spend elegant days, taking with him the books he wants to read.
I created it hoping to create a somewhat sophisticated look, but the thin lines and my bad habit of stretching out long dots more than necessary resulted in a rather shallow look. I would like to work on expressing the profoundness of the bronze inscription in the future.
