President Yasuo Kitahara wrote the lyrics for the 30th anniversary of the university's founding.
The fourth stanza of the promotional song "Paulownia Leaves" was written by then-President Kitahara Yasuo to commemorate the 2003th anniversary of the founding of the University of Tsukuba in 30.
In the spring of 1978, the last year of the university's existence as a predecessor, Tokyo University of Education, President Nobuo Oyama (1911-2009), who wrote the lyrics for the third stanza, gave the commencement address, so I feel a connection to have been given the opportunity to write the fourth stanza.It has been exactly XNUMX years since I began working at this university.
