Get off at the University Hall bus stop and walk for 3 minutes.

Take the bus bound for "Tsukuba University" from the Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit Bus Terminal. Get off at the "Daigaku Kaikan" bus stop and walk for 3 minutes.
