Japanese-style Painting
In the Japanese painting field, we conduct more advanced practical and theoretical research on top of the specialized education acquired at our school or other universities.Our goal is to develop human resources who can contribute and play a leadership role in society in the future, as well as become independent professionals involved in the creative activities of Japanese paintings.
In terms of educational content, in addition to lecture subjects such as art history and technique theory, we also provide exercises in specialized techniques using classics, as well as experimental Japanese painting practice based on research themes.We offer specialized subjects to help students cultivate self-expression skills and a critical spirit based on a high level of creativity, and to acquire the drawing skills that will enable them to create works that can be communicated to a diverse society as artists.
Regarding the research content, we will develop the ability to express ourselves based on a high level of creativity through exercises such as experimental Japanese painting production practice based on the research theme and specialized techniques using classics, as well as lecture subjects such as art history and technique theory.
