Criteria for evaluation of dissertations
This will be done on a degree application thesis or research results on a specific topic.At that time, one of the following <a>, <b>, and <c> shall be followed, and the evaluation shall be conducted based on the following criteria.
<a> Paper
- The significance and purpose of the research must be clearly stated, and the methods must be accurate.
- The conclusion must be able to contribute to the advancement of the field.
- The thesis should be clear based on previous research.
<b>Works and papers
(the work)
- The theme, production intention, and method must be clear and original.
- It must have a high degree of completeness and be able to contribute to the advancement of the field.
(paper)
- The significance and purpose of the research must be clearly stated, and the methods must be accurate.
- The conclusion must be able to contribute to the advancement of the field.
- The thesis should be clear based on previous research.
<c> Works and research reports
(the work)
- The theme, production intention, and method must be clear and original.
- It must have a high degree of completeness and be able to contribute to the advancement of the field.
(Research report)
- The research content must be relevant to the work.
- The significance and purpose of the research must be clearly stated, and the methods must be accurate.
- The thesis and conclusion have sufficient validity.
A dissertation examination committee consisting of one chief examiner and two or more sub-examiners will be established, and the final examination will be an oral examination on the research concerned and its related fields, and will be examined to see if the standards for the above items are met.
