University of Tsukuba Graduate School Master's ProgramWestern paintings, prints and Japanese paintings exhibition

− About the MC Exhibition −

The "MC" in this exhibition is an abbreviation for "Master's program Course."

Following the reorganization of the graduate school in 19, the school became the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, Master's Program in Art, but students studying Western painting, printmaking, and Japanese painting have continued to hold exhibitions under the name "MC Exhibition."

Every year in November, students exhibit the works they have created in class at the Tsukuba Art Museum in Ibaraki Prefecture.

The 2th MC Exhibition, held in the 36 academic year when the program moved to the Master's Program in Art Studies, was canceled in order to prevent the spread of COVID-3. Instead, we launched this website to make the student works widely available to the public. The exhibition resumed at the Tsukuba Museum of Art in the XNUMX academic year, but the student works are still posted on this website as a record of the MC Exhibition, so we hope you will take a look.
We hope that the MC Exhibition will reach many people by allowing them to view the works of students who are working on their creative endeavors in Tsukuba.
