Along with Kochi, I also went to Tokushima.

This is a field survey of "Misezukuri".

It's a pity that in the area I walked based on the materials, quite a number of them have already disappeared...

On the other hand, I was surprised and excited to find that in an area for which there was no solid documentation, it still exists.

The design of the handrails found in private houses in fishing villages was also interesting.

I went to Kochi prefecture.

This time, I went around various places with Professor Kobayashi from Shimane University.

I was able to see a lot of attractive townscapes and traditional houses, such as Mizukiri tiles, stone walls, and samurai residences, so it was a great experience.

At the Kira River in Judenken, we were able to see the inside of a private house thanks to the kindness of the residents.
