About DC Exhibition

This exhibition presents the research results of students enrolled in the Arts Degree Program (Doctoral Program) of the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, Faculty of Comprehensive Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba, and the Doctoral Program in Fine Arts, Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba. This is a meeting. Until 2019, it was held every year at the Tsukuba Museum of Art, but from 2021 onwards, it will be held at the exhibition facility on the University of Tsukuba campus.

“DC” is an abbreviation for “Doctoral Course” which refers to the doctoral course. Due to the reorganization of the graduate school in 2007, the name was changed from "Doctoral Course" (Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, Department of Arts (5-year doctoral program)) to "Doctoral Program" (Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, Doctoral Program, Department of Arts). However, we have continued to hold exhibitions under the name "DC Exhibition" since then. The same name has been retained even after the degree program was established in 2020.

In this exhibition, you can see the research results of two types: "poster presentations" by students who mainly conduct theoretical research, and "work presentations" by students who mainly conduct production research.

In order to let as many people as possible know about the works and research activities of our doctoral students, we will continue to disseminate this information both domestically and internationally through this website as well as on-campus exhibitions.
