Modeling
This is a specialized subject in the field of sculpture. In the modeling exercises, students will deepen their understanding of poses in sculpture and learn the structure of sculpture through the creation of a mandrel. In the modeling practice, students will create a full-body statue through modeling, with a human figure as the main motif. Through practice in creating poses, mainly standing figures, students will develop the ability to grasp three-dimensional sculpture. Students will also deepen their understanding of the relationship between mass and surface, as well as the formative elements of sculpture, such as constructivity and spatiality.
