CAIR (Campus Artist in Residence), which started in 2019, is a program where overseas art university students and students studying art at the University of Tsukuba collaborate on productions and presentations.

Campus Artist in Residence (CAIR) is a program for student artists from across the globe in collaboration with the University of Tsukuba to make art and exhibit together.
