The High School Student Art Writer Award is now accepting CD-R submissions. Deadline is October 10th.

Art, Heart, Write!
The deadline for the 3rd High School Student Art Writer Grand Prize, a contest to write about experiences with art, is fast approaching.
To make it easier for everyone to apply, we would like to inform you that the following points have been changed from the original application instructions.
1. We accept disc submissions from schools.
The application guidelines state that each entry must be sent by email, but if a school is submitting a collection of student work, it is now possible to save the data on a CD-R or DVD-R and send it.
* This can be used when a school is applying for 10 or more items at once.
Applications must be made on behalf of the school by a teacher.
For further details, please download the PDF document on how to submit your work by disc from the Art Writer Award website.

2. Application deadline extended
Former: Monday, October 10th
New: Until 10:26 p.m. on Monday, October 5th
Due to equipment inspections, the Tsukuba campus will be subject to a power outage on October 10th and 17th, and the university's website may be temporarily inaccessible. If you apply during this period, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your application once the power outage is resolved. However, to avoid anxiety and confusion for applicants, we have decided to extend the deadline by one week.
