全国の中学校（国・公・私立）10,710校から系統抽出によって選択した1,200校の内、担当教師が着任直後等のため前年度の内容について回答できない旨の連絡があった38校を除き、計1,162校を対象として230校より回答を得、うち有効回答数を228校として確定（1,162 校に対する回答率19.6％）。 |
